Cons
-Very strict point system -No PTO/ bonus is supposed to cover that but it could easily be taken or not get much based on your points. - micromanaged -check you email & clean it out without telling you before hand & after you left work - will heavily compliment you and your work progress just to let you go anyways - I do know they have a high overturn rate for AR position. 7 people in 1 year but they won’t admit they are probably the problem. - Promise of teir pay raise to not do it & fire you before 90 days that could help you get decent unemployment - Not all that great of culture
