      Very comfortable and independent work environment. No office politics or drama. Family feeling- no questions asked nor salary reduction when attending children's events, doctor appointments etc. Excellent salary and benefits. Most employees very long term. In the construction industry, no better firm to work for.

      Cons

      Salary increases but not many executive positions to fill.
