      Decent schedule. Work-life mix OK.

      Cons

      Its hard to make a living at Kaylor. Wages begin low and raises are $.25/per year. If you meet their criteria. Production bonuses are part of pay plan but nearly impossible to achieve.

      Great starting place for inexperienced worker needing a job. Sometimes free lunch, kids under 16 receive Christmas and Halloween

      Cons

      Ideas are not really taken well with owner untill he thinks of it a couple days later, pay increase doesn't seem to happen like they say it will
