Pros
-good products (specialty/ organic) -nice, professional co workers -hundreds of locations -smaller than grocers such as AWG therefore problems are easier to solve
Cons
-smaller company working with much smaller organic/ non gmo companies. product is frequently moved to other companies (such as AWG) or discontinued completely. this constant movement makes it difficult not only for customers who depend on certain stores to carry the product but also affects the sales/ labor ratio. very hard to keep money/ hours in the employee pockets. -next to no chances for advancement
