They give your breaks ,sick day, vacation,personal days, esop company with means employee stocks, the owner is very respectful.
Cons
Bad management in la facility ,they work with a average in each department ,so u work like a robotic manner.. They so favoritism to there own friends and move them up after a 3 month time
