Quality of peers, work, support you get (once you have built a brand for yourself internally)
Cons
1. Work life balance can be really crappy, depending on the project. 2. Feels like no one tracks or cares about seniors ( managers and above) who make work life worse for their teams. Only revenue brought in the door counts.
