Pros

-Big vision & meaningful mission to protect privacy and make it simple -Founders are supportive of having candidates "test-drive" and work as a contractor for a few days up to several weeks before you join. -Hard-working team doing the best work of their lives, empowered by wise, supportive leadership -Great culture - straightforward, healthy, fun Working at Keepsafe has been one of my best professional experiences.

Cons

-Small company so it helps to bring experience and know how to roll up your sleeves and apply it. -Coordination across offices (Keepsafe has offices in San Francisco and Berlin adds complexity to projects) -Team tends to be introverted, takes a while to get to know everyone

Pros

My interviewing process here included a test drive. That meant that I worked two weeks here as a contractor while I was actively considered for the full time role. I think that this worked well for me as I was able to develop a sense for the types of projects I'd be working on as well as the culture of the team. My team members are smart and thoughtful. Feedback is balanced and on point. There is a collaborative atmosphere. Everyone is also wearing a product hat to some extent. Challenges have evolved naturally as part of the work progress on each project. Creativity, research and validation are all encouraged and pushed as continuing themes. People here are direct, caring and responsible. There is a good balance between between being heads down and collaborative.

Cons

Not thinking of any right now.
