Keller Canada is going through a real crisis mostly impacted by the economy but made worse by its lack of experience in self-promotion in business development, primarily in Alberta North. Executive team lacks teamwork creating poor leadership from the top. While the organization has stated values, they tend not to live them daily (with the exception of safety - that one IS well done).
