Not a long-term employer - Anonymous employee Keller Group Employee Review

Was made promises by my department leadership that they never followed through on. Didn't feel valued or like there was much direction for the department or the company. Very much a "good ol' boy" culture. Decisions were made around my role without even asking me if those changes were something I was interested in or felt comfortable taking on. No standards for performance evaluations or tracking of ratings--it's all subjective by the manager (no 360 feedback).
