      Pros

      I worked at Kelly from 2021 to 2024, tried other job and ended up coming back which probably says a lot about the company. The projects are engaging, and I’ve worked with some genuinely supportive and talented people. The flexibility is great, and I’ve always appreciated how approachable the team and leadership are. It feels like a place that’s trying to do things the right way.

      Cons

      There’s still room to grow when it comes to internal processes and communication between teams. At times, priorities shift quickly, which can make it a bit challenging to stay aligned on goals.

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
