Pros

If you're a contractor, you don't actually have to deal with anyone at Kelly on your day to day. The people at your assigned site have a 100% chance of being better than Kelly employees.

Cons

Every interaction with Kelly is pulling teeth. You will need to make about 16 accounts with random services because absolutely every HR service is contracted out. You will talk to six different employees and they will give you contradicting information. You are not set up for success.

We hear you, and we appreciate the honesty. The experience you're describing is not what we want for anyone on assignment with us. Contractor support and clear communication are areas we take seriously, and feedback like this helps us identify where the gaps are. We're glad your dat-to-day at your site has been a better experience, and we'll use this feedback to keep improving how we show up for our talent. - Kelly People Experience Team

Pros

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
