      Pros

      Making contacts in the business community is valuable and taking the opportunity to network with clients and candidates. I have received a pay increase every year that I have been here. The amount of paid time off is good compared to many other companies. Also, there are many internal openings and you have a great chance to relocate if you need or want to. As Kelly is global you can really spread your wings.

      Cons

      Lean on staff, you will be overworked. There is a lot of politics and promotions are not always made fairly.

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
