Pros
I made a lot of great friendships and worked with a lot of talented people at HQ. Had the opportunity to learn a lot over my many years with the company.
Cons
Senior leadership plays favorites and will easily dismiss someone's value and contribution to the company based on hearsay. Kelly has let go of or lost some great talent over the years due to favoritism. If you are in, you are in - but one mistake can cost you your job. The strong Kelly alumni network in Detroit still discusses how unfortunate it is that Kelly keeps reorganizing itself - all of the constant organizational change has people's heads spinning.
