Pros
Immediate employment was offered in consideration to the high unemployment rates existing in today's economy.
Cons
Direct hiring from completion of temporary service hours were completed, but instead of be hired, I was laid off and asked to return later which also reset the hours worked from the former contractual agreement to become full time employed upon completion of those hours.
