Bullying over the whole office, top two managements connive this situation. Those people always bully whoever they don’t like because they have meet the sales target, so the top two managements defeat for them even though there are many evidence to prove. In this company, back office = useless people and burn their money, no one values. Everyone can insult whatever they want to you. Managements and sales can complaint, but once back office complaints, then you will get the verbal warning for it. All the dirty tricks happen in this company, even you can’t imagine. I reported and complained for few times, but when things happen again, the managements always pretend that’s their first time to hear. Working in this company was the worst thing ever, you will see all the unfair in this company, and you actually feel bad for all the victims. Suck company.
