Pros
The convenience of working from home. Pay is minimum LIVING wage (as opposed to absolute minimum wage).
Cons
Oppressive, toxic work environment. Abusive leadership. Micromanagement. You are always monitored. [Intentionally] Unrealistic expectations in terms of customer satisfaction and other KPIs. Zero job security. They would deduct even the 5 or 10 minutes you are away from your desk off of your pay. If you work a Sunday (for which the pay should be at overtime rate), they'd report your hours worked for a different day so that they don't pay you at overtime rate. They may often times not pay you for stat holidays. They offer you scheduling options to choose from upon hiring, then they won't even abide to it.
