      Pros

      If you do your job.. they make it seem like they're giving you the benefit.. but they're the only ones benefitting. Team building lunches are ok... but the food favors all the Spanish employees.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Problems are passed over and nothing done about them. Weak morale. Employees dont care. Blow their horns all day long.

      Pros

      The hours are there if you're a person that likes overtime, overtime has never been mandatory so you have work life balance

      Cons

      Not climate controlled very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter
