Horrible split shifts 8-10:30 leave come back At 2:30 to 4:30. Your boss tells you what to do on the phone but then Costco management tells you something completely different. Only 3 days of training then boss leaves and you won't see her again for a few months. I complained about an employee twice and my boss didn't even talk to her. Oh and you start off at 11.50 per hour, but you only get a .15 raise once a year. No benefits, no paid vacation, no paid sick days. The seasonal employees they hire during holidays are usually very old women who are not capable of physical tasks. And during holidays you need to be very fit, you literally need to run back and forth from back of store to front. And break down pallets that are 7 feet high with heavy flowers. Also must be at your work area every 15 minutes. That means every time you walk all the way to the back of the store and start on your task you have to walk back up to the front.
