I can't think of any Pros, to be honest
Cons
The constant change of Management every 3 months. No sense of Appreciation for the Hard Work. Never Satisfied no matter what you do. No flexibility in Timing, the culture is "come early and always leave late", a very outdated culture of working. Everyone is Sad and feels trapped at the job. New Management likes to control their employee's activities. They don't really appreciate the fact of finishing the work, instead only how long you stay there. Overtime is technically mandatory but No pay for overtime
