Pros

Good pay. Good initial onboarding. Nice office in Shoreditch.

Cons

Disorganised: I came onto the team when the BD Manager had left unexpectedly. No one was hired in place of her and as such the BD's support took a massive hit - an issue that really hurt all the new starters of the business. Higher management knew this was the case and did not see it as a concern. Training: Training sessions were run not to teach, but to criticise members of staff that were perhaps not as knowledgeable as others on things that arguably were not necessary for the role. Disabilities such as Dyscalculia were not taken seriously and any feedback was thrown any without thought. Expenses: They don't exist. I was hired with the viewpoint of WFH the majority of the time, and working from the office once every two weeks (due to the pandemic). I was of the understanding through my recruiter and interviews that this would be expensed as it was around £100 per trip. This was not the case, and it was seen as outlandish to request such expenses. Conversations asking politely if this could be changed were met with anger.
