Accepting a position at Kenneth Clark was the biggest mistake of my life!! I was hired for customer service; I was expected to yell at truck drivers. Training is and according to Glassdoor always has been far below standard.
I was let go with an empty apology and no explanation.
Communication in general is desperately needed.
Unprofessional.
Again, RUN AWAY!!!

Your response is a joke. I tried to discuss this in further detail and you had someone collect my belongings and put them in the hall. That’s a pretty good indication that this things will not be discussed further. I even asked you for feedback and you declined. Keep your pathetic attempts to save face to yourself.
Even the employment agency that connected us apologized on your behalf for your inappropriate and unprofessional behavior.
