Pros

Worked for them as a freelancer one and a half years ago.

Cons

To this day I have not been paid. I call them on a weekly basis and literally beg them for my due payment. The management lie without conscious. They are not to be trusted. I'm still waiting for payment on a project that they have completed, distributed to their client and have been paid for. When a cinematographer is not paid for a job, the vision remains his/her property. Spectrecom Films have breached international copyright law by selling and profiteering from my wor . Until I'm that is the case. As a freelancer I advise all freelance camera crew to keep right away from them at all cost as you will regret it.

Pros

-Friendly work environment -Focus on helping assimilate interns and apprentices into the industry -Employees get out of the job what they put into it -Excellent client list - very impressive reel and portfolio -Flexibility to move around within company (producers can work as directors as time progresses, etc)

Cons

- Very busy! This is the film industry though, you know what you're getting yourself into...

Pros

Great work environment, great people, and always something interesting to be a part of

Cons

The nature of the work can be frustrating because you can work for weeks on a project and have it go nowhere if your client isn't interested. Not a lot of direction from my immediate managers.
