      flexible working hours and privileges of being involved in field activities.

      Cons

      they do not retain their interns and I was not really involved in the learning of my role practically as my mentor was not really interested in taking up the role of tutoring.

      Pros

      Though it was contract based, I enjoyed and it has given me the platform to interact and share with society.

      Cons

      No much downsides. Only that it was short terms and interact with different people and dealing with them requires much perseverance
