Pros
Was able to work independently. Attorneys, when not swamped, would explain the rules and what it was they needed. Most of the staff would be great team workers.
Cons
Not good guidance from supervisors - possibly too stressed but when asked a question either wrong info was given or spoken to in not so nice a manner. Difficult and unapproachable, so had to do a lot of research on one's own. Toward the end, no one would give any instruction.
