Management sucks, Nothing but promises and don't deliver. Pay as little as they can get you to take and then hold you there forever! Try to make you pay for all training and PPE if you are quitting. they just don't care about their employees, good or bad. Just get the next guy in line regardless of experience. No transparency about what is happening with the work load . Cut your hours and then expect you to pick up the slack when it suits them. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else , you WILL regret working here. No one I work with is happy with this company!
