Pros
As the former GMI the school is in the top ten for engineering and known world wide. The benefit package is great. Allotted time off is another perk.
Cons
Wages are poor and way below national average for position. Too much micromanaging by upper management. Those who work and dedicate themselves to the institute are not rewarded. Very poor communication and leadership. Those who don't work to their potential are not disciplined. No follow though with upper management with issues or concerns.
