      - You get to implement a variety of instrumental and assessment strategies, as directed by the professor, to meet individual student needs. - You get to assist students with assignments and difficult concepts and also get to learn parallelly.

      Pros

      There are opportunities to wade into the IT field as well as opportunities to gain leadership experience. This is a great job if you want to earn some cash while studying as well as pick up a few skills along the way.

      Cons

      There can be downtimes where you are simply being paid to do homework, and personally I would prefer more work given that I am being paid.
