The only pro I can come up with is that they were willing to work with my schedule, but it seems they were desperate to have anyone there so I don't think they had a choice.
Cons
No benefits at all. You can't make bonuses unless you have been there for a long time because the bonus goals are to hard to hit. You sit in a chair and people yell at you all day.
