The clients are the best part

If you have empathy and integrity this is not for you! They mismanage clients funds! Clients are allocated each month so much money for personal things! They themselves do not get to spend it. Staff continually tells them they hBe no funds for anything. The state needs to go and see how their funds are being used! No consequences for staff Having sex in one of clients bathrooms! Staff calls clients awful names! They will leave clients in bed most of the time certain clients. Food they never seem to have enough food! I could not prove it but the facts are there there is staff taking food home with them. The clients food, There are to many people closely related and cover things up for one another! Their is staff that does drugs in the bathroom or in their vehicle s. Open food policy not, If you buck the system you are out! There are long time employees who have no integrity to stand up knowing this stuff goes on! You will always make the same wage no matter where you work at the key. 15$ hrly! I could go on but no sense! I pray the state goes in and does a check and balance on money cards! That they just go in undercover and see how clients are treated! Oh yes and the night staff sleep there
