Pros
Great benefits, including free classes for staff and their family. Opportunities for advancement is you have the education required. Closed for Christmas break.
Cons
If you do your job well, more work gets added. I enjoy a challenge and trying new things, but one person can only do so much. Salary is better at the RMWB. The only constant is change.
