      - Workplace culture is unhealthy, with long-tenured employees setting a negative and sometimes intimidating tone - Management and HR routinely ignore problematic behavior and avoid taking action - Technical leadership lacks ownership and discourages meaningful change - The main product relies on legacy Java technology and has been left to decay - Widespread technical debt and low engineering standards slow everything down - The company shows little ambition or strategic growth despite stable income - Compensation is below market, with very limited opportunities for advancement

      Pros

      - High technical expertise in colleagues and with room to learn. - Working on a complex but very intersting fintech PaaS. - The Tech-stack / Platform+ CI/CD is very pleasant to work with in every day development. - Possibility of Hybrid Work - Good Canteen

      Cons

      I dont think there are any large ones. If i had to say something it would be that feedback can be spares, and you have to ask for it yourself. Also the work stations (IT Equipment) could be better.

      High technical expertise. Good managers that respect their employees and help them have the best environment to do their tasks. Good cafeteria. Possibility of remote / hybrid work

      Cons

      It equipment (laptops, monitors, keyboard, and mouse) is not the newest. Most desks only have 1 screen.
