Pros

Great team mates and supportive, however given work loads there is only so much that others can do to help.

Cons

* Leadership bring you into meetings expressing how they there to improve and make changes, however it's endless wasted time in lip service and no actionable changes * There are some real basic and fundamental issues that haven't been fixed for years * Numerous people have left this organisation due to health related issues caused by the anxiety and stress from the relentless and endless work loads. * Highly recommend reaching out to people who left KP as Learning Designers before you decide to take a position here and ask them why they left * The turnover in these teams are high for good reason... * Overall the wellbeing of Learning Design team staff are not looked after A note to KP and the leadership, I'd recommend you take a deep look at the workloads you give these teams and the mental health break down and more that has been observed across employees over a short periods .

First of all very sorry you did not have a great experience at Keypath. We do take very seriously that our employees have the tools and resources to be successful. I will agree that with the amount of launches we have had, some employees have felt strained with workload. Over the last 6-9 months we have hired many new employees (even post Covid) as a way to normalize workload. Recent surveys have indicated this has improved morale dramatically. I wish you all the best and thanks again for the comments. We value them both positive and negative. Steve

Pros

Strong remote‑first culture, which I appreciated.

Cons

I was one week into the job when my manager informed me that my pre‑planned vacation would not be approved. This trip was booked and fully paid for a year in advance, and it was meant to celebrate several major milestones in my life: my graduation, my 30th birthday, and my anniversary. Canceling was not an option without losing several thousands of dollars. During this conversation, I was told that new hires are only allowed to take two days off at a time. This policy was never mentioned during the hiring process, and I could not find it anywhere in my new‑hire paperwork. For a company that emphasizes work‑life balance and well‑being, the lack of flexibility was surprising and disappointing. Instead of working with me on a reasonable solution, they chose to deny the request entirely. As a result, I resigned. It’s unfortunate that the company preferred to restart the hiring process rather than allow one pre‑planned vacation. I do not recommend accepting a job at this company if you have any upcoming travel or personal commitments.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry this situation was disappointing, particularly given how meaningful this trip was. PTO guidelines, including expectations for new hires, are reviewed during onboarding, and we encourage early discussion of any pre‑planned commitments. We appreciate the feedback and wish you all the best going forward
