      It can reach a nice salary, about $13/hr if you stay longer and ask for raises

      Cons

      Bussers are at the bottom of the hierarchy, everyone looks down on you to some degree. Bit of a heavy environment to be in depending on who's working.

      Some coworkers can be nice You will learn some useful skills

      Cons

      Most managers are micro managing, condescending, or disrespectful Pay was bad Weekends are ridiculously busy Some employees will take multiple smoke breaks in one shift just to slack off There's a lot of favoritism towards people who are in the family Bussers and dishwashers are at the bottom of the ladder and the turnover rate can be crazy
