Pros
Benefits are good if in CA, outside of CA they use United HC - not so great; good matching for 401k; most employees are 'good people'; hardware products are solid
Cons
Be ready for the 90's when it comes to internal systems; no clue how to bring on new employees; no documentation of past/present processes; the culture can be very chain-of-command; new sales VP's for hardware and services are worsening the culture and turning people on each other - survivors are throwing others under the bus trying to save their own skin; services business let the real strategic people go and tripping over itself - won't ever be able to scale; hardware engineering moving slow and allowing competitors to easily catch up and pass; Marketing as a whole is almost comical - not sure anyone in Marketing has ever worked anywhere else or studied marketing; most field people could not work outside this company or industry; travel gets restricted in the last month of every quarter, illustrating poor financial management and planning.
