Pros
Enabling environment to develop your knowledge and skills. Constant training of staff. Salary does not correlate with your work load but paid on time. Makes you tough because of toxic bosses and task deadlines.
Cons
Promotion is sentimental. You could stay for 5years without promotion. Work life balance is zero. Overusing of staff after working hours and weekends. No care if you develop ailment on the job. Mortgage is for the senior management levels.
