Pros
Still the same old mud being slung about how the company MADE me fail. How upper management doesn't care about anything other than padding their own pockets. How there's just too many hurdles for me to be successful. This is Glass Door, not Dear Abby. The whining about one's self failures and blaming anyone else possible is so immature. Take ownership of YOUR actions and contributions. If you failed in your position for any reason, check the mirror. KDI gives employees whatever they ask for in which they feel will contribute to a successful venture for all. I've not once in 10 years heard any executive speak the word no for a tool or investment into an employee that would contribute to their success. KDI has been a great employment opportunity for many, many who actually WORKED for their success and stature. NOTHING is handed out for the sake of a "good review from an ex employee". However, if you were one of the reps who was promised the world by some competitor then felt the need to trash KDI for your failures, I'm sure you know by now that that grass promised to be so green was only colorful from the amount of BS used to fertilize it.
Cons
The continued con with KDI is that the owners truly care for their employees. The fact they offer chance after chance to struggling employees who are either lazy or just not cut out for this industry is all that could be notated as a con. However, this is the same behavior bestowed to those hard workers who actually show up and truly try their best to manage success. Surely, a con that any working American would be privileged to have provided during a poor stretch of a career.
