There is a really nice ambiance in the office. Everyone gets along well and helps each other. It's like a family. If you need help pretty much anyone will drop things to assist. The management cares about the staff and they also care about the clients. The company is growing rapidly. Still with the growth the service levels are exceptional. The pay is really quite good. Work hours are flexible as are holiday days. It really is all good.

As the company grows a larger space will soon be required. Also parking spots are challenging to come by but the company works hard to find them.

The CEO is involved with the company but doesn't work out of the office or have any experience managing properties. The office manager / #2 in command also has no experience managing properties. This is fine on the surface but creates a divide amongst the staff as it can be difficult to follow someone who has never truly experienced the grind of the job.
