      Able to voice opinions but owner only does things his way.

      Cons

      Owner does all clinical hiring without consulting with DCS or DON. A lot of staff splitting and bickering among staff.

      Pros

      I have nothing but good things to say about Keystone. I understand people get mad when they are let go or when they quit but there is no reson to drag any company through the mud with the negative remarks. This agency has been nothing but good to me and its like a family. Owner has alot on his plate but he will always make time for you when needed.
