- Not enough parking for employees. They make you walk 2 miles to and from your car at the Nordic center where NO BUSES RUN - Terrible management. Smile about every issue and take no action - completely disorganized. They frequently lose new employees in the system and delay action taken for weeks or even months - everything is unreasonably expensive
