Like any national company, every office will be different in terms of management, culture. The Milwaukee office was a good place for many - for equally as many, it was shockingly terrible. During my time there, I saw over 4 people fired within their first week after just having been recruited from their previous position. The firings were for minor offenses. If you're likable and don't have a habit of speaking out of turn or challenging ideas, you will do fine. If you're someone who wants to be creative/innovative in your work: you will be ostracized. Bottom line: if you're likable and are completely OK doing exactly what you're told no matter the level of ridiculousness: you could have a great experience. But if you don't play the political game, your life will be hell. As of 2018.
