The recruiting staff around me seemed great - very kind, fun and helpful.
Cons
- Values / Morals: The leadership team focuses on the best ways to make themselves and the company money, and does not truly care about the candidates and contractors that they represent. The staff is taught how to charge more money, and pay contractors less. If you're in the staffing business for the right reasons - to help individuals with their job search and to aid in identifying the next best move for their career, then the nice paychecks will come naturally. - Very poor leadership and unhappy staff. - Extremely high turnover ratio - for a reason, not because of the industry standards. - Leadership decides on your commission with each deal, and has the right to keep your commission for themselves.
