      Good funding if you are Dept Chair or in Medicine

      Cons

      Dreadful HR, treat staff like robots, no real understanding about quality in teaching or research. DeptChairs are at best selfish

      Pros

      A few years back the offered good packages (salary, benefits). Not sure whether they are still offering the same.

      Cons

      Do not accept a position here if you want to generate any significant research output or do not like to be micromanaged by everyone.
