Toxic Work culture, Long work hours almost 10hrs/day, No useful training for freshers, 3 Shifts work even for most of OTM, Worst HR department ( Can't do anything against production departments ), Language domination ( Even in meetings they'll talk in Tamil ) Only 19-22 leaves/year (including PL,SL,CL) No Shift allowance for OTMs Last but not least. Over acting or over respect of your colleagues infront of korean managers ( Literally they don't even maintain their self respect infront Koreans).
