      * Warm environment * Interesting problems to solve * Working from home is a big plus * Dev-first culture & my ideas were implemented * Continuous education was valued, went to a conference about every other year and they paid for pluralsight

      Cons

      * Tech debt * Need to address small-medium issues faster. It's okay to disagree & commit.
