simple product to sell, when possible, thats about it

A start to finish experience as a sales rep: DONT DO IT. Hiring process-full of lies from the beginning from the top, down. Hired 4 reps, within 4-6 months, down to 1. Not a single rep has ever hit quota. Average tenure is about 6 months. Unobtainable numbers based on zero data. They just made up an OTE to attract people. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Have never done so much work to get 0 in return. Marketing and sales ops-2 person team with zero experience. they spend more time offline then actually working. They have no idea how to use their own tech stack. Marketing (one person team) is unaware how to create or manage sequences. Pipeline is only from instagram and facebook leads. Cold outbound has NEVER been successful. Sales manager is a recent college grab with no experience running a team. All of the reps either quit or were fired. They were delivering pizza before this role. Management reads every single email you send, only to use it against you. The most micro managed team ive ever been apart of, from people who dont even know what they are doing. Over 10+ years in sales, this was by far the most poorly run team and company I have ever experienced. There is no path to success with none insight. The idea of growth is a foreign concept to them. I have never wasted so much time with such a pointless company. Over all, a failed experiment for a very disorganized organization.
