Short staffed, constant rushing to clock out because god FORBID you work one min past your scheduled time, even if it means moving children into rooms they do not belong. Good luck getting a raise out of this tight fisted SOB as well. It’s like pulling teeth just to get the basic supplies you need for your classroom. The company as a whole is okay, the problem is the franchises. I currently work at the Robbinsville, NJ location and the owners are HORRIFIC. They are cheap, rude, they have no CLUE what they are doing, and run people out of the door faster then they can hire. The center is horribly understaffed because of them. The directors are amazing though, honestly, if it weren’t for the actual admin team this place would burn to the ground. I’ve never seen owners like this before, all they care about it the money and it is PAINFULLY obvious. Whoever let them own a child care center is out of their mind.
