Pros
You get to work on some big, interesting jobs and are given a high level of responsibility right away. Great way to gain some experience. Despite all the cons, there are some really excellent people at this company who want to make a difference and hold on to good employees.
Cons
The "culture" is just insane. I've found it's important to put in big hours to get appreciated even when it's not necessary. And watch out if you end up on a job that's not going so well - managers will take out their frustrations on younger employees and you will suffer regardless of your performance. There is a lot of crude behavior on and off the job, be careful who you associate with. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this job to a female. And you will have no life.
