Pros
There isn't even a single pro of working here
Cons
My experience with Kigen has been the most unprofessional and demotivating experience of my career. The working environment is highly toxic, beginning with management. Superiors in this organization are not equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead their teams but always apply extra pressure on juniors to compensate for their own inadequacies.
The process is disorganized – the algorithm and steps change virtually every day, which makes it so that there can't be clarity or consistency in the work. This causes time to be wasted and people to become frustrated, yet leadership has no responsibility for their lack of planning.
On top of that, there's no regard for employee privacy. Even for personal leaves, you're required to state reasons, and the purpose of your leaves is frankly questioned, which is extremely unprofessional and intrusive. Rather than a supportive work environment, the company thrives on micromanagement, distrust, and blame-shifting.
If you appreciate a healthy work environment, stability, and professional respect, I would strongly recommend not joining Kigen.
