Pros

• Great resume builder • You definitely won't be sitting around • All of my co-workers were wonderful and were made into life long friends

Cons

• Management seems out of touch with what employees these days are looking for in a career. • Little to no benefits • We only got 5 days of PTO per year • Management was wishy-washy every year on if we got Black Friday and Memorial day off. The decision was made the week of. This made it extremely difficult to plan ahead and see family. • Did not get New Years Eve off and some employees had to work after hours on those days with no extra pay • The health insurance we got nobody has every heard of and none of my or my co-workers' doctors accepted it • No 401K • Each employee took on the workload of 5 employees • Pay rate does not match the role of the job • Most people did not make above $40k • Direct manager barely made more money than me • Titles are handed out willy-nilly and are extremely inflated and don't necessarily reflect your actual job duties or pay rate • Cameras are in every room of the office • If you have your work done you are not allowed to leave 5 minutes early • If you have a doctors appointment, you have to make up for that lost time • In-Office only, no working from home unless sick (with complaints from management) • Employees are praised when coming into work sick • No room to grow • Only hires for entry-level positions • Management likes to inflate number of people working there. In reality there are only about 7 people working in the office • Turn-over rate of employees is not good
