you know those satirical videos where companies use the “we’re like a family here” line to entice you into thinking they care about you so they can not compensate you adequately and ruin you psychologically, yeah that’s these guys
Cons
- start off with ZERO vacation - pay is terrible (was paid $15 an hour with two bachelors degrees and 5 years of experience in the field) - expected to be accessible 24/7 yet not compensated any additional - micromanagement to the extreme - overtime required, no additional compensation
